Can I Have S'more? S'More What?

S’more S’mores!!!

You know that it’s time to update your blog when your husband says “so when are you going to share our camping trip with everyone? I’ve been waiting for the updates!” LOL! I didn’t even know he followed our little blog…he’s probably like his daughter and just likes seeing pictures and videos of himself how sweet! 

It has been almost a week since we got back home…and well, football season has officially started…so that means cheer practice every night of the week! Needless to say, I have been trying so desperately to get caught up with all the laundry and cleaning up that comes after you get home from camping lol!

Well our first camping trip as a family turned out to be nothing but nice, relaxing, fun filled time! We headed out before my parents, Caroline & Neil because…well in our house being on time is being late…so we were ready to go before everyone else! When we arrived we were nicely surprised to see that the previous campers were already gone…score…we got to set up camp early!!! So before my parents, sister and brother-in-law showed up, we had our truck unloaded, tent set up and air mattress’ blown-up with the beds made! They finally arrived…an hour after we got there!

My dad’s youngest brother (my Uncle Shawn) and his family drove into California for a family vacation, and headed up to the lake with my other Aunt (Jonna) and my grandparents Saturday! It was so nice to see them, and my oh my how much my cousins have grown in the past year! Gabe is now 9! The day before Kayleigh’s first birthday, my cousin Ally (sort for Alexandria) was born, which now makes her 1 ½ and walking…it’s sad how fast they really do grow up!

And to keep a long post…with detailed events…short, I will just say that it overall was a perfect weekend…lots of relaxing…lots of boating…lots of yummy food…and no schedule to go by!!! I wish I would have gotten more pictures, but it is what it is...so here are just a few pictures and videos for you to enjoy!
