Oh wait...I can't forget the last minute coloring Kayleigh did...thanks to my smartypants great friend Chrystle...
C is for...

Kayleigh loved coloring in Chrystle's name so much she insisted we do her best friend Addison's too!

Flashback Friday...
A is for...

Then she enjoyed doing Addison's name so much she insisted we do Darci & Nathan too...I told her we had to wait for D and N week...and reassured her that doing Darci's name wouldn't be too long of a wait (see what you started Chrystle lol!)

I will give you one guess what Kayleigh is giving the Woods family for Christmas!!! That's right...her beautiful artwork to hang proudly in their beautiful house!

*Note The Boo Boo On Kayleigh's Face...In Which She Insisted On A Band-Aid...
And That Made It Worse!*

Finished Beehive...Mommy Helped Kayleigh Glue It All Together!

Working On The Letter B...

Yeah...We Need Some Work...But She's Only 2...Can't Expect Perfection!!!
All Of This Weeks B Projects...The Purple Paper Bag Puppet Bear...
And The B Book Were Her Projects From School!!!

Oh...and why is it when you want the bananas you bought to get really ripe...everyone eats them?! I really wanted to make banana bread muffins with Kayleigh this week...but the bananas I bought last week didn't hardly make it past the green stage!!! Chrystle told me that Safeway puts their "perfect for banana bread" bananas by the dairy products...of course when I went to get Kayleigh's prescriptions filled yesterday...they only had VERY VERY green bananas over there! I'm going to check one more time tomorrow...and if they still don't have any...better luck next time right?!

No Lion, The Zoo Was Grrreat!!!

And the view from the Safari Sky Ride (gondola) was even better!

Umm...A Little Too Short To Ride Alone...Sorry Kid!

Loaded Up And Ready To Go!

Her Favorite Thing Was The Giraffes...

It Was Actually A Very LONG Ride!!!
Going up...

Kayleigh Thought The Camels Were Lazy LOL!

She Held On The Entire Time...Good Thing Because Momma HATES Heights!!!

Buffalo...They Were Very Stinky...

Ohh....Kayleigh LOVED The Elephants Too!!!

Can You See The Lion?!
Yeah...This Is The ONLY Way You Were Gonna See Them...They Were Hiding!

After the Sky Ride...Kayleigh insisted we go see the Giraffes again..it was lunch time for them...and this one was eating from something hung on the other side of the tree...Kayleigh however thought it was playing peek-a-boo!!

Playing Peek-A-Boo With Kayleigh...At Least She Thought So!!!

ROAR...Look At That Scary Toddler!! LOL!!

Miss Independent Pushing Her Stroller...Of Course!!!

Playing On The Ladybug...

Kayleigh & Aunt Jonna!!!

Hey...I Had This Goat First...Back Off!!!

Checking Out The Frogs...

A Door Just Her Size...She Thought It Was The Coolest Ever!!!

Playing...

Waiting For The Train To Come Back...

Watching Everyone Unload From The Train So She Can Ride!!!

We Were Excited For Our Train Ride To Australia!!!

Pushing Her Baboon...And There Is A Giraffe Under There Somewhere!!!

All in all it was the perfect stop at the Oakland Zoo! I must admit I was a little afraid...you know...it being Oakland and all!! But the zoo was right off the freeway...and tucked away on the top of a hill! It was SO kid friendly, with lots of room to run...and the best part...it wasn't so big that Kayleigh was melting down halfway through!!! We got to see every exhibit and do the rides too!!

And judging by this picture...it was a PERFECT day for Kayleigh as well!
